scarlet is A street-wise and fashion aware asset to our team.

having trained in salon at both toni & guy and vidal sassoon, scarlet quickly moved up the ranks to become the manager of the flagship toni & guy salon in Beijing.

​

living in hong kong for 5 years and beijing for 12, scarlet had the opportunity to specialise in asian hair as well as many celebrities, such as: andrea borchelli mailde (queen of Belgium), chris patton, jimmy page and a plethora of chinese pop stars.

jason has been on the damage ship since 2004.

jason brings to damage his expertise in all hair types from his training with BOTH biba academy and toni & guy. his work has been featured in 'elle magazine' and 'the hidden wardrobe', as well as participating in wella trendvision.

hair fairy/creative stylist​

also known as brighton's hair fairy, POPPY is an artist for hair.

she is outgoing, friendly and really has a flair of her own.

​

since joining damage in late 2017 she has won awards for her imaginative hair-ups & colours, whilst establishing a diverse clientele.

​

her cutting style is very much inspired by her vidal sassoon training, whilst adding her own creative twists. for colour, she pretty much lives & breathes it! bringing the creations of today & the looks of tomorrow.
